| Our company provides the following services:Translation of general-purpose texts for private use Official and certified translations of documents intended for submission to public authorities or services for any matter that concerns you, such as participation in ASEP competitive procedures, transactions with public services or financial institutions, etc. Legal translations Translations with Apostille (Hague Convention) certification Official/certified translations are carried out by individuals authorized for each specific language pair, namely: a) our collaborating translators, graduates of the Department of Foreign Languages, Translation and Interpreting of the Ionian University b) our collaborating lawyers, who, depending on the case, are certified experts in the languages of the original document and the translated text, and are members of the bar association of the region where they practice law Although the official/certified translations issued by our office are equivalent to those of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, we kindly ask you to verify whether, in your specific case, there is a requirement for the translation to be carried out exclusively by the Translation Service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs or another authority. Documents to be translated must be clear and valid (and in the case of official translations, must be certified true copies of the original). They may be sent electronically to studies-in-uk@otenet.gr or by post to: Papadiamanti 6, Mytilene, 81100.
All documents must be accompanied by a brief description of the service you require (e.g., the target language of the translation, the authority to which the document will be submitted, any deadlines, etc.), as well as any additional information that may help us deliver the best possible result for you.
Our company guarantees full confidentiality in all cases it handles and the absolute security of the documents entrusted to us for translation.
